A rich and creamy salted caramel hot chocolate recipe that you can make easily right at home in your slow cooker.


2 cups milk chocolate chips

¾ cup caramel sauce

4 cups milk

2 cups heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp coarse sea salt


Combine the milk chocolate chips, caramel sauce, milk, and heavy cream in your crockpot.

Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.

Once the chocolate is melted and the ingredients are combined and warmed through, stir in vanilla and sea salt. Serve warm.
