How to make Easy Fall Off the Bone Oven-Baked Ribs
Ribs (without stuffing)
3/8 cup (95 ml) ketchup
1/3 cup (85 ml) barbecue sauce
3 tbsp chili sauce
3/4 cup (190 ml) maple syrup
4 tablespoons of HP sauce
Paprika, salt and pepper
Boil ribs for about 1 hour. This step is the secret to making good ribs.
Preheat oven 300°F (150°C). In a bowl, mix the ingredients to make the sauce. Brush the ribs well with the sauce.
Bake for about 40 minutes on each side. Brush the ribs frequently with the sauce.
