English Muffin Bread
How to make English Muffin Bread
5 1/2 c warm water
3 pack () active dry yeast
2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. Sugar
11 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix until combined, and leave to rise until doubled in volume.
Divide the dough among 4 baking trays and let it rise until it reaches the top of the trays.
Baking at 350 degrees about 35 min.
Grease the face with melted butter. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool down. Best if you enjoy roasted.
