How to make French Toast Bubble Up


2 7.5 cans of Buttermilk Biscuits

1 Tbsp Sugar

1 heaping tsp+ 2 tsp Cinnamon

5 eggs

1/3 cup 1 percent Milk

3 tsp Vanilla

1 3/4 Tbsp Sugar Free Syrup


1/3 cup Swerve Confectioners Sugar

1 Tbsp Milk

1 tsp Vanilla


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonfat cooking spray.

Open both rolls of biscuits and cut all 20 biscuits into six small pieces. Giving you 120 pieces of dough.

Mix one TBSP of sugar and heaping tsp of cinnamon in a gallon ziploc bag. Add the pieces into the bag and shake.

Coat all pieces, the pieces will clump, so be sure to separate while shaking.

Place the dough pieces evenly in the dish to cover the bottom.

In a bowl whisk the eggs and milk together. Stir in the vanilla and the remaining two tsps of cinnamon. Pour over the dough pieces drizzle with the syrup.

Bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven

Now you can make the icing by mixing all three ingredients together. Pour over the French Toast Bubble Up while it’s still warm.

Cut into 12 equal servings. Each serving is three points on Weight Watchers Blue
