How to make Blueberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake

Ingredients for 8 parts:

3 eggs

250g blueberries or bilberries

40g sweetener

400g 0% cottage cheese

200g flour

1 lemon zest

1 packet of baking powder


Placing eggs & sweetener in a bowl & beat about at least 11 min.

Then add the 0% cottage cheese, sifted flour and baking powder, lemon zest and mix again.

Finally, add the blueberries, washed and dried, mixing gently with a spatula so that they do not break.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and level the surface.

Bake the blueberry and cheesecake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180°.
