Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
How to make Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
Ingredients:
900 grams lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
35g onion soup mix
1/4 liter of water
A bowl with a capacity of
3/8 liter containing Swiss cheese, shredded
A bowl with a capacity of
3/8 liter containing Swiss cheese, shredded
454 grams of frozen fries (curly)
Instructions:
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain the fat.
Stir in pepper, garlic powder, mustard, soup mix and water; mix well. Toss in 1 Tbsp of the Cheddar and Swiss cheese.
Pour mixture into 9×13 baking dish; top with fries.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400° until the fries are golden brown.
Cover with remaining cheddar cheese & return to oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melt.
